In celebration of National Braai Day on 24 September 2015, Brights Hardware is giving you the chance to WIN your share of R4500 in Kaufmann weekly prizes.

Each weekly prize includes 7 items:

How to enter

To be in the running for the prize every week, simply take a fun ‘Braaifie’ (Braai-selfie) during Braai month & share it with us on Facebook or Twitter using the hashtag #BrightsBraaifie. It’s that simple!

General Competition Terms and Conditions:

The competition will run until 30 September 2015.

Entry – The competition is open to all South African citizens, 18 years or older. To enter the competition, participants must have a Facebook or Twitter, and must include the hashtag #BrightsBraaifie when sharing their ‘braaifie’. There are no entry fees to participate in the competition.

Prize – The prize includes 1 x Kaufmann Braai Hamper every week leading up to 30 September 2015. This prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Winner – The winner will be selected randomly by a panel of internal judges out of all of the entrants every week. Brights will contact the relevant winner via Twitter or Facebook to get their contact details (including at least his/her name and surname, telephone number and email address). In the event that you are selected as the winner, you hereby consent to Brights contacting you telephonically and via email. The winner will be announced on Brights’ Facebook/Twitter page. The winner agrees to be photographed and posted on Brights’s Facebook, Twitter and web pages.

Forfeit of prize – However, there are certain situations in which a winner will forfeit the prize, namely:
(i) Brights receives no response from the winner or is unable to contact the winner after at least three attempts over a 5 day period;
(ii) he/she fails to provide such further information as may be reasonably requested by Brights in order to determine his/hers identity and to process and/or facilitate his/hers acceptance or use of the prize within 24 hours of request by Brights;
(iii) he/she is found to have contravened any other rule set out herein and in the “General Competition Terms and Conditions”;
(iv)he/she fails to accept delivery of the prize after Brights Hardware has made at least two attempts to deliver it; or
(v) it is unlawful for that winner to receive the prize. In the event of a forfeit, Brights reserves the right to redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.

Unforeseen events – In the event of unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel this competition, or to change the rules at our discretion, or to change the prize at any time without notice to you.

Rules – By participating in this competition, you agree to all the Competition Rules set out above.
