R500 Refund Promotion on Saturday, 24 June 2017 (46th Birthday Celebration)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. At each of our seven branches, five customers will be randomly selected at different times on 24 June 2017 while paying for their goods at a till point and instantly receive a R500 refund on their transaction value.

2. If the transaction value is smaller than R500: The customer will be given a chance to immediately purchase more items to add up to the value of R500. The customer may not choose to purchase more items at another time, it must be done immediately in the branch in order to receive the R500 refund. The customer may choose not to receive the R500 refund and BRIGHTS will then select another customer to receive the R500 instant refund and the same rules will apply.

3. If the transaction value is greater than R500, the customer is liable for paying the difference.

4. Prizes are not transferable, cannot be deferred or exchanged for cash and are not negotiable.

5. BRIGHTS reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time.

6. Winners may be required to have their details disclosed and published on the BRIGHTS website and social media channels.

7. BRIGHTS reserves the right to alter rules or prizes at their own discretion. Such altered rules and prizes shall become effective immediately after being altered or on such date as may be determined by BRIGHTS. No entrant shall have any recourse against BRIGHTS because of the alterations of the rules or prizes.

8. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. BRIGHTS employees, agencies, or immediate family members may not participate in this promotion.
